Faculty of Theology

History

The Faculty of Theology is one of the three foundational Faculties of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. It continues the tradition of the former Faculty of Theology at the University of Warsaw, which was established in 1816.

Reasearch and education at the Faculty of Theology are carried out by almost 100 members of the Teaching Staff of the Faculty. They are renowned for their competence, openness, friendliness and Christian commitment. They teach various courses, according to their specializations.

Education

At present, the Faculty of Theology offers three Study Programmes:

We also offer a 1-year or 2-years English-speaking programme of Postgraduate Studies in Biblical Formation, which is partly offered in an individual way. The tuition is 3000 EUR per year + 200 EUR admission fee.

Moreover, we plan to offer an English-speaking postgraduate programme of Christian Leadership MBA.

International

Incoming Erasmus students may participate in the courses which are offered in English at the Faculty of Theology and also, with the consent of the persons in charge, at other Faculties of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University.
